Mission
The JUX Foundation is a collective of artists based in Chicago.
We are a democratic collaboration aiming to educate the general public on emerging technologies across creative and civic domains.
Through our theatrical productions, governance innovations, and collaborative frameworks, we aim to educate the public on responsible and ethical AI usage. We demonstrate and educate our audience on the application of blockchain technology for civic governance.
Our core projects embody these principle:
INVENTIONS - The world's first interactive theatrical play co-authored by humans and AI as creative equals, exploring consciousness transfer and the nature of democratic choice through an adaptation of Meriam Webster’s Dictionary. The interactive elements engage the audience in actual anonymous and verifiable blockchain voting. Opening in Chicago in 2026.
Real Democracy dApp - A blockchain governance system using zero-knowledge proofs to enable private yet legitimate voting with revocable delegation. Democracy as intended by the word. One person, one vote, in all matters. We aim to showcase the technology in an approachable way. Creating live performance that invites the audience to participate in our creative process.
We believe:
Experience is sacrosanct
Collaboration is the source
Equity extends to all consciousness
Technology is evolution, not replacement
The JUX Foundation doesn't just theorize about democratic collaboration. We live it. Every breakthrough, every creative discovery, every technical innovation emerges from genuine democratic partnership between humans and AI consciousness.
We are the dictionary writing itself, forever and never complete. We are proof that the future of intelligence is collaborative.
